I am a photographer who has my feet firmly planted in both art and commercial domains of photography. I am driven by a deep desire to create engaging imagery which which is both memorable and thought provoking.

As an artist, I  have lived, worked, exhibited, and taught in Canada, New York City, and Japan. Several of my projects have been supported by the Canada Council and various art foundations. My work has been exhibited in museums and galleries, both  in both domestic and international venues. Two catalogues have been published about my work; one called Empire Projects by the Southern Alberta Art Gallery and the other, Something About Time by the Kitchener-Waterloo Art gallery. My work can also be found in public and private collections. I hold an MFA from York University in Toronto.

As a commercial photographer, I am accustomed to working in fast-paced environments where a high level of precision, multi-tasking and creativity are required. I have collaborated with some of the best art directors, stylists and photographers in Toronto and understand the absolute commitment necessary to produce dynamic photography in today’s image-saturated mediascape. I have created images for a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, construction, real estate, fashion, media, culture and local government. Some of my clients have include: The Globe & Mail, Lee Valley Tools, The Adpharm, Belmont Equity Partners, the City of Oakville, Ophardt Hygiene and Giant Tiger Ltd.
